     Delaware County has a growing community of artists and art galleries. The 3rd Annual Delaware County Gallery Tour will create a full day event enabling visitors from outside the local area, including surrounding states, to be welcome to drive through participating towns and villages, enjoying the magnificent countrysides, while en route to galleries spread throughout Delaware County.Each gallery represents a unique diversity of Fine Art, ranging from representational works in figure and landscape to sculpture and large cutting edge abstract expressionism. It is a truly artistic adventure.

This exciting family -oriented and self guided all day event is free to the public. Participating galleries offer refreshments.

ANDES

BLOOMVILLE

Turquoise Barn Fine Art Gallery, 8052 County Hwy.18 Bloomville,(a.k.a back river rd)." Turquoise Barn is located in a converted barn owned and operated by two artists from Brooklyn N.Y., Michael Milton and Michelle Premura. Delaware County Historical Assoc. Gallery, 46549 State Hwy. 10. Currently on exhibit: Makin’ a Livin’  an historic look at how local inhabitants have earned their living via industry in Delaware County. Come immerse yourself in a day of workshops and demonstrations with hands-on opportunities for the entire family! Weaving, spinning, quilting, blacksmithing, & more! Admission: $4.00 adults, $1.50 children under 12. (Admission includes visit to all the buildings on the site!) Refreshments available. Mention you are on the tour, and visit the gallery.

FLEISCHMANNS

Each gallery represents a unique diversity of Fine Art, ranging from representational works in figure and landscape to sculpture and large cutting edge abstract expressionism. It is a truly artistic adventure.

 Following The Delaware Gallery Tour, at 8pm, The Gallery in Stamford presents  an open mic, open jam music event in the grand piano concert hall. Bring something to share, beverage or plate, and celebrate!
